Paul Bohan

Managing Partner

Paul is Managing Partner at Bohan Solicitors, having joined the Bohan Solicitors in 2006. Prior to joining Bohan Solicitors, Paul trained and worked in a large Dublin commercial firm. Paul specialises in commercial and residential conveyancing and advises on company and corporate law, with a particular emphasises on shareholder agreements; corporate restructures, banking matters and other forms of financial agreements and corporate arrangements. Paul also advises private Clients on a wide range of practice areas.

Brian A. Bohan BL, TEP, FITI

Founder

Brian Bohan is our founding Partner. Brian qualified as a Barrister in 1964 and as a solicitor in 1981. Brian is a Fellow of the Institute of Taxation in Ireland. Brian advises on the legal and taxation implications of passing wealth on to the next generation and advises Clients on taxation and estate planning, including company and corporate restructuring and inter vivos settlements. Brian has lectured extensively on taxation matters and on the duties and responsibilities of Trustees and Executors for over 30 years. Brian is a past President of the Institute of Taxation in Ireland and was a long-term member of the Council of the Institute of Taxation in Ireland. Brian is presently a member of the Taxation Committee of the Law Society. Brian is co-author of Bohan: Capital Acquisition Tax.
